Founded by members of Brooklyn-based Raya Brass Band, Funkrust Brass Band and local activist street band Tin Horn Uprising, we love brass music and its spontaneous, celebratory nature, and we wanted to create an environment where people could enjoy the music we love in a beautiful place outside of the city. This year's inaugural festival will feature music from eight bands whose influences range from the Balkans to Latin America, New Orleans second line to brasspunk and activist anthems. We had a great day playing the Grill-off event for AMOR. Simon Allen took some great photos of us performing on a glacial erratic in Lincoln Woods
GoProvidence made a neat video with Jess, Meghan & Avi about us and our work with PVDFest.
The Extraordinary Rendition Band chats with us about PVDFest and more! Find out more about PVDFest here: https://goprov.co/2FAIeMA
