When you need a marching band in Providence we are #2 on your speed dial.

We believe that any note is better than no note. We are an Open Band of Brass, Reeds, and Percussion, for people of all levels of ability. We are not playing to get rich or to get famous, but to build community and share joy with each other and with our audiences. We operate in a democratic way that promotes artistic excitement. We will play for human rights, peace, justice, economic equality, community celebrations, or any other vision we support. We encourage musical expression. We hope to bring music to public spaces as much as possible, playing free, guerrilla style and in the streets whenever we can.
